OVERVIEW
Help kids go MAD FOR MATH! This series offers a fun approach to learning. Through storytelling and entertaining activities, kids will begin to grasp basic mathematical principles and gain enthusiasm about the world of numbers.
Units of measurement can easily turn into obstacles for many students. These units require students to learn specific acronyms, and to understand the difference between units of measure such as length, capacity, or weight. This book makes it all possible, thanks to a collection of games and activities that have been designed by an expert in education and learning through play. It includes:
-Challenges and games with numbers, measurements, and equivalences
-Concepts regarding length, mass, capacity, time, and temperature
-Games requiring problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
