Linda Ashman has written more than 20 books for young readers, including Babies on the Go, What Could Be Better than This?, and Stella, Unleashed. She lives in Denver, Colorado. Michael Chesworth is the prolific illustrator of more than 40 children’s books, including Inventor McGregor (2006), which Bank Street College chose as best picture book of the year. He also reillustrated Pippi’s Adventures, part of Astrid Lindgren’s classic Pippi Longstocking series. In addition, Chesworth contributes to Cricket, Spider, and Ladybug magazines. He lives in Amherst, Massachusetts.
